Sales Comparative Period Reporting

If you work with Sage 50 US and use A/R, sooner or later you’ll probably want to compare sales today to sales from another period. The data is all there, but no core A/R report allows a meaningful comparison of sales from one time period to another. To get any such reporting, a user would be faced with running multiple reports, dropping them into Excel, then performing a number of time consuming, tedious and error prone steps to get there.

The report below presents Sales $ by Item ID, but the same comparison reporting is also available by Customer, Sales Rep, Item Type and more.
